Melinda Martin Responds to James Arthur Ray White Papers

Melinda Martin is named in the James Arthur Ray white papers. The documents were prepared by Ray’s legal council and states that Martin is wanting money from Ray. We asked Melinda if it was true. Here’s what she said.

Melinda Martin did ask to JRI provide her an attorney. JRI never responded.
Megan Fredrickson filed a worker’s compensation claim for Melinda Martin without Martin’s knowledge. Martin learned of this when contacted for an interview about her disability. Martin declined Worker’s Compensation. Martin does not have a worker’s compensation lawyer.
Martin has not requested monetary compensation from JRI.
Martin has not received compensation from any of the news interviews where she has appeared.
Melinda Martin was trained in CPR.

Hindsight is 20/20 if you’re willing to see the truth.
As we wait for the charges again James Arthur Ray to be sorted out by Arizona Authorities, several questions come to mind. All I can say is, I trust James Arthur Ray starts practicing what he got rich preaching and does the right thing. Here’s an example of what James Arthur Ray got rich preaching in his “Open Letter to President Obama” dated January 25, 2009

Is James Arthur Ray’s Legal Team negotiating a plea bargain for James Arthur Ray? (This would prevent a public trial leaving Ray controlling the information about what really killed 3 in Sedona & 1 in San Diego).
Are the Arizona Authorities working deals and plea bargain with people in exchange for their testimony against Ray?
Is Ray’s legal team negotiating settlements for Civil Suits against him?
What is Ray grateful for this holiday season every morning when his feet

Former James Arthur Ray Employee Melinda Martin – Her 15 Minutes???

I’ve seen critical comments about Melinda Martin and her interview on ABC.
Some people feel she is grandstanding for her 15 minutes of fame. IMHO, I don’t think so. It seems Melinda’s personality type is one that has her need to be pleasant, agreeable and nice. Over a life time, she’s developed the ability to smile and be most pleasant during trying and stressful times.
I don’t know about you, but being interviewed on National TV about an event 2 months earlier where 3 people died would be stressful. If I have the facts right, Melinda is the only JRI employee giving CPR to the victims. Melinda assisted the victims while her boss, Megan Fredrickson and her boss’ boss James Ray stood around watching people die. Melinda Martin is a HERO. None of the other JAR drones had the moxie to do the right thing or go against the wishes of Ray.

Lies, Damn Lies & James Arthur Ray

On the cusp of possible criminal charges against James Arthur Ray, a former employee who was on site at the Seminar in Sedona is “blowing the whistle” about what she saw.
Melinda Martin, tells what she saw and experienced in Sedona.
My headline is a commentary about our legal system. Let the discrediting begin.
This legal battle will be an ordeal that lasts 3 to 5 years. The truth will be whatever you believe it to be. The facts about what happened and who is responsible are secondary. This is the essence of truth in the Halls of Justice. The Secret & The Law of Attraction is all about your beliefs manifesting into reality.
Now begins the process of discrediting. Everyone involved must discredit the other side to get a jury of peers decide, beyond a reasonable doubt who’s lying. Our Legal System was designed that 100 guilty go free, rather than 1 innocent
